Hannah is a military spouse and a passionate career woman, who is quickly realizing it is her life's work to normalize this fulfilling combination. Hailing from Washington, DC, she has studied and worked on four continents and thrives in connecting with teams across time zones. From the collegial atmosphere of strategy consulting, to directly serving executive teams and boards, the people are always her favorite part of the work. Hannah has proven to be a Swiss army knife to leadership, and a key partner to operators. She currently serves as President of the Officers Spouses Club of VAW 117 at NAS Point Mugu, CA, and as Chief of Staff to the U.S. Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce.

Achievement in the personal sense is great, but leading a team to victory is simply the best. Whether it's raising a round of capital, winning the office March Madness pool or successfully on-boarding a new member of the team, the wins are worth celebrating.
Elevate
A favorite expression is, "do what you can, with what you have." Military spouses are constantly maximizing their resources for the good of themselves, their families and their communities. This way of life is hard, but rewarding. Always keep some champagne chilled.
Connect
Hannah thrives off of forging connections with others, especially virtually. When she was pursuing a fitness certification, the instructor corrected her squat stance, saying she was literally craning her neck to keep eye contact with her class through every rep (!!) Connection is (nearly) everything.
